The meaning behind the name

"Avoir un Cœur D'Artichaut" is a French saying and refers to someone who falls in love quickly or who quickly is again and again thrilled.

True to this motto, we always try to evolve without forgetting our roots to conquer your "Cœur D'artichaut".

Two MICHELIN stars: top-class cuisine – worth a detour!

A bit hidden in an inner courtyard (with a chic terrace in summer) and just a few minutes' walk from the cathedral you will find this attractive "Casual Fine Dining" concept: In a homely atmosphere you can look into the open kitchen - it is almost reminiscent of a theater stage. Here, French-born Frédéric Morel skilfully combines his Breton roots with influences from his adopted northern German homeland as well as a modern, creative touch - the sauces and stocks are excellent! When choosing the top products, he pays attention to seasonal reference and regional origin. The monthly changing “Morel’s Tasting” menu is available with six or eight courses. A 4-course version is only available on Sundays (except on public holidays and Advent). Instead of wine, you can also choose a non-alcoholic accompaniment.
