Cœur D'Artichaut –
Kitchen with heart, soul and attitude

At Cœur D'Artichaut, we celebrate the joy of food and togetherness.
Our kitchen combines creativity with the coziness of a living room – honest, passionate and characterized by the best products.
Tradition and modernity go hand in hand with us. We cook regionally and with an international flair, seasonally and with fermented ingredients, fresh and aged – with dedication, curiosity and a large dose of passion.
Breton influence meets Westphalian ingredients and Creole spices. The result is a menu full of character that surprises, touches, and constantly inspires.
Please inform us before your visit if there is anything you cannot or do not wish to eat.
We are happy to tailor our menu to your individual needs – whether vegetarian, gluten-free, suitable for pregnancy, or without specific types of meat or fish. Almost anything is possible, as long as we are allowed to plan ahead.
In keeping with French cuisine, however, we do not forgo its three secrets – butter, butter and butter – and therefore do not offer any vegan dishes.
In our kitchen we process fish, meat and seafood, various types of nuts, and gluten-containing products; therefore, traces cannot be completely ruled out. Unfortunately, spontaneous changes cannot always be implemented with our usual quality.
Out of consideration for our open kitchen, dogs and other animals are not allowed.
In good weather, we will of course serve you on our terrace – your seat will automatically be prepared there for you.
To ensure a smooth process and a harmonious experience for all guests, we serve groups of eight or more people a uniform menu – gladly tailored to your wishes.
Instead of an à la carte selection, we serve a menu that is entirely dedicated to the seasons and the products.
Choose between four courses (Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays – except on holidays, only by reservation) and six or eight courses.
Every month a new menu is created – always with the same idea: to get the best out of every product.
Since April 2023, just three and a half years after opening, we have been awarded two coveted Michelin stars. One of three in North Rhine-Westphalia! What an honor.
