Hydrosols, juices and modern techniques – inspired by the work of winemakers – bring depth and structure that precisely accompany the courses.

Prestige wine pairing
For special evenings, we develop a unique prestige wine pairing – individually tailored and bearing the signature of our sommelier.

Our wine list
Our wine list combines classic regions with exciting discoveries.
Alongside well-known names, you will find small producers, mature vintages and special wines that we have personally selected.
We would be happy to advise you individually and find the perfect companion for your evening.
If you spot a special treasure on our map that should be opened in advance, please give us a call – we will prepare everything for your visit.
Our bar - also beyond the menu
We place a special focus on Breton wines, which we – as the only restaurant in Germany – have consciously integrated into our menu. They reflect a part of our heritage and bring a unique character to the glass that is rarely found elsewhere.
At the same time, our newly designed bar remains a place for spontaneous visits: You are always welcome to drop in, even without a menu, and choose from our wine list with around 550 selections.
Since we cannot guarantee seats at the bar at all times, we recommend a short phone call in advance for spontaneous visits .
